Independent PA is a boutique freelance Personal Assistant and Virtual Assistant service, run by Tracy Marshall, and located in beautiful Cambridge, the ‘Town of Trees and Champions’, New Zealand. 

With over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant working in the UK and New Zealand, I provide a professional, reliable and confidential one-on-one Personal Assistant and Virtual Assistant service to busy professionals, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who wish to outsource their admin. I have a passion for organising and systemising business processes. I can work with you in person as your PA (limited to Cambridge based businesses only), from my own office as your VA, or a combination of both depending on your own unique business requirements.

I have 13 years' experience in Real Estate PA Admin and have been a Licensed Agent (REA 2008) since 2004. I am also a qualified Medical Secretary (AMSPAR UK Medical Secretaries Diploma) with Medical Transcription experience in both the private & public healthcare sectors.

Inbox & Desktop Detox

A pain-free 'weight-loss' service for your email & desk. Independent PA will organise your files, clear out the clutter, unsubscribe to the spam & take a load off your brain & workspace.

Audio Typing and Transcription

Don't waste time hand-writing notes and trying to remember everything that was said at a lengthy meeting or interview. Simply record the conversation and email the audio file to Independent PA to be transcribed. Letters, reports and other correspondence can also be transcribed from audio recordings.

Real Estate Personal Assistant

I have 13 years' experience in Real Estate PA Admin and have been a Licensed Agent (REA 2008) since 2004.  I can help you refine your current admin and filing systems to ensure you have robust processes in place and can assist with personal profile marketing. 

Medical Writing & Transcription

As a qualified and experienced Medical Secretary, I can transcribe your audio recordings for both medico-legal reports and correspondence. I can also re-write information regarding medical procedures into a patient-friendly format for websites and leaflets/handouts.

Facebook Page Setup & Management

Not sure how to set up a Facebook page for your business or confused by all the settings? Independent PA can set up your page and ensure the settings are correct for your business. Already have a page but keep forgetting to do your Facebook posts or can't find the time? Independent PA can take away the pain and write content, design branded graphics, create events and schedule daily posts for you.

$60 per hour* charged in 15 minute increments.

Independent PA is not GST registered.

*Please note hourly rate excludes disbursements/sundry expenses which include, but are not limited to, postage, printing, stationery, travel & phone calls outside the Waikato region.
